Dear Team, For the last 15 days there is pain in my head...please advise
Have you talked to your Endocrinologist and/or GP about the pain in your head? What did he/she say? Did they do any tests?
What is the sugar level . I told you to eat everything , what the other members of the family eat . Diabetes is a disorder and not disease . A complete and balanced diet assures health . Only precaution to be taken is the CALORIE CONTROL . Take half of what you were taking before the problem set in .If all the food items are not taken , or only certain items are taken in excess , imbalance takes place which leads to disease .

Sugar is under control. Fasting is high . But that could be due to sugar dump . Nevertheless you should take care of that . Then get checked for any other problems like any tumor or nerve damage or some other reason.Then after the cause is known you can attend to that.
Sir, please suggest how to control the fasting sugar, I taking allopathy medicines metformin 500 and glimperide 2mg in the morning only...
should I take the same in the evening also..please suggest

You should go by what the doctor says , when you are in the modern medication . Once you can achieve the sugar control , you can slowly reduce the intake of the medicines . Mere drug intake is not a permanent solution for the problem in diabetes Apart from that , have a checkup to rule out any serious problem for your headache . A simple headache can't continue for 15 days .
