What are the best (easily accessible) foods for diabetics, in tropical countries.

Hallo the foods i would recommend are in this order

whole grains in plenty followed by fruits and vegetables followed by proteins and less fats and sugars. Thank you

that's absolutely spot on,However the greatest challenge to our people is change of attitude in achieving great Health. If we can achieve that we wolud see tremendous results.
