spot on eyeball

Hi I don't know if I am in the correct section but I have developed a spot on the eyeball which is difficult to see as it is right in the corner of the eye behind the skin. Has anyone any knowledge of this situation. My eye does have tears in it most of the time. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks. (Eastbourne11)
