My left leg has felt numb for a while now, when I touch, scratch or poke my thigh I can’t feel the pain as much as I should, it feels weird

Basically it means what the entry title said: you have sensory numbing, including pain. Don't forget, scientists and publishers get paid by the latin obscurity and scientific language, the more you can't decipher it, the more money they get out of it.

Who's going to pay someone to say "My left leg has felt numb for a while now, when I touch, scratch or poke my thigh I can’t feel the pain as much as I should, it feels weird"? Nobody. That and a dime gets you a dime. As by Italian friends from Brooklyn used to say, "Fuggedaboutit."

My neurologist often asks me if I have any numbness but I've never ever be asked why. Maybe you should mention it to your cc neurologist.

Numb areas on the thigh, usually on the front of the leg are common, thought to be due to the cutaneous nerve getting compressed where it passes through the fascia. It is harmless .

Nothing to worry about , and nothing to do with Parkinsons’
