Hi Helen , I would find a wearable tracker much more useful as i was often dyskinetic when trying to update the APP which meant the information I filled in was not always accurate . I also felt that because my PD changes so often during the day it didnt allow a true picture to emerge . The data from a wearable i feel would be much more useful when analysing the day to day fluctuations
