To you as well.. Keep us posted on your research and situation. I, like you, do not take meds but am considering meds. Do you have any suggestions? We are similarly tremor dominant and it is more pronounced so can't hide it.

I cannot hide my right arm tremor. Now I have skin cancer, Basal Cell, waiting for treatment in January. Suggestion? As no medication currently stops or slows the disease, delay starting meds until one arrives that will. If things get unbearable before then, I think I will start with Neupro Patches.

Thanks, Tiptop. You seem to be similar to me: right hand tremor, worsened this month because of stress and limited exercise and other symptoms being managed although sleep continues to be a problem, but many of the meds have insomnia as a side effect. I will follow your suggestions, as usual. I
