husband's Parkinson's makes shaving difficult, esp. under and front of chin. He's very slow and it's tiring but he wants to be clean shaven

we went into The Art of Shaving store in Boston and they suggested a Blue Panasonic. $200 but longlasting and well designed. Owner said, razors with rotary blades will cut. theartofshaving.com

They also shave men by appointment. That might be the next step.

My husband ended up with an electric shaver and sometimes I had to do it for him. Sorry no magic bullet for you. How about waxing? (ouch) LOL

Thanks for the reply. I/we appreciate it.

We almost bought him a rotary electric razor.

Am just frustrated that you go in the stores these days and no one knows how

to answer your questions about products. Also, when I have basic questions, like

what's the best way to put a Tshirt on, head first and then arms or arms first and then head? Doesn't take much to flummox me.

Do you have a support group you can join? Our local group has an OT and PT and they give us so much advice and assistance. Hubby put his tshirts head first and then fought with the sleeves. I started buying him mostly button or zip shirts. He hated the buttons because some days he was unable to button them .

Yes, he's in a support group. I want to get him up to Mass. General in Boston (by train) for help with eating, which is the hardest thing. He wears mostly knits and I help him with buttons. Buttoning and clipping pants are impossible. He had surgery on his unaffected wrist and hand and it doesn't work well. It's a built in handicap.

Thanks for writing.

I too use an electric razor. Good luck.
