I also had extreme tired and weakness, but I already had fibromyalgia and even though it was worse, I thought it was the fibro causing it. The clincher was extreme joint pain in my toes that finally made my Dr run some blood tests after over 6 months of telling him something was wrong and it wasn't fibro...this was bad.

Well I had an explosive onset so all the above at once and more or less overnight. I haven't voted as you can only choose one and it was all those things, not one more than the other.

Numbness in my toes, then hands and then joint pain all within a few days. I went from running 20 miles a week to not being able to stand on my feet.
