atheros: lumps under the skin are they... - Cholesterol Support
atheros
I think if you reduce your blood cholesterol levels, the body may slowly remove the atheros - that's what happened to the small yellow/grey flecks I had in my eyes.
Oh and I just remembered that I thought they were called xanthoma, not atheros, so maybe we're talking about different things. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xanthoma
hi when you say lower your blood cholesterols is that with statins ?
The xanthoma is part of what i have Palmar xanthomata and tuboeruptive xanthomata (over knees and elbows) occur in Type III hyperlipidaemia but they have gone .
