Would have been taking medication alongside healthy diet and exercise but intolerant to statins. How are you differentiating between between those on medicine, those dieting, those exercising , and the numerous variables, doing all three,or one alone?

Eating mainly plant based, low carb, high fat diet. Keep moving as much as possible, I am not able to do sustained exercise because of autoimmune disease.

Cinnamon is natural cholesterol lowering so we have teaspoon in our daily porage and I put my cholesterol lowering drink on top of that, my husband drinks his separately. This has brought our results down to normal.
