Hi! We are running 1-2-1 yoga sessions for children aged 3-18 who have cerebral palsy, motor disorders or Down's Syndrome. Yoga can help children with: better concentration and focus, better sleeping, ways to self-calm, and muscle strength and flexibility.
Our special yoga instructor tailors each session to the child's particular needs. Each session lasts half an hour and you can book as many sessions as you wish.
