how cancer can be diagnosed at an early stage so that we don't loose our dear ones ?

Hi Anshita,

Our body will show its warning signs when diseases like Cancer occur.It could be having frequent fevers, lumps,indigestion,chest congestion,very poor resistance,getting tired fast etc.The symptoms do vary from person to person.Our responsibility is to have check ups and ensure that prompt action is taken.

It is believed that a physically fit person would have less chances of getting cancer.Food habits should also be under control(avoid junk foods,go healthy).

I am agreed with Shakti and the symptoms provided. I want to add one more, it is if a person having family history of Cancer then it is quite possible that other generation will also get it (even a healthy person).
