its is Malignant melanoma , which started in the Maxilla. now it has spread to the nodules and the neck portion. we have done radiation and chemo. but the result shows no change.
At this stage, please trust your treating doctor as he is the best position to assess how the disease will progress. In case it turns palliative, Kerala has some of the best palliative care centres in India.
