I was extremely sad to hear about my friend's health news. He was diagnosed with mild cancer. He was following a healthy lifestyle. And the only health problem he had was high blood pressure. He was often suffering from severe headaches due to this. When he visited a doctor, the doctor prescribed him a medicine called "Valsartan". He bought that medicine from a medical shop. He bought and consumed that medicine.
When he became skinny and no change in headache, he visited another doctor. And did a medical scan and check-up. It was found that he was having mild cancer. The doctor told Valsartan was a recalled drug due to its cancer-causing compounds. The previous doctor he had visited was having a tie-up with the medical shop selling Valsartan.
My friend has filed a case against them. His wife has approached a law firm for the Valsartan lawsuit( thelawfirm.com/valsartan-re... ). For treating cancer, a good amount of cash is required. She discussed with the lawyers the possibility of getting legal help for getting financial compensation. We hope for a favorable verdict very soon. But don't know how long does it take?
