PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome

Most of us are familiar with PTSD and it's symptoms because of the constant news articles over the past 14 years of conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan. PTSD is caused by the incredible stresses and emotional shocks associated with war.

I recently read an article by Rick Redner - prostatecancernewstoday.com... - relating PTSD to prostate cancer survivors.

I'm familiar with these symptoms from my tours of duty in Vietnam and my personal prostate cancer journey.

These stresses are real. The first step in lifting these stresses from your life is recognizing if you have them.

Next Step

Read Rick's article. It contains links to resources that will help you evaluate your own PTSD situation.

Stay Calm and Journey On!

Best,

Robert
