Husband Diagnosed with shingles , now got PHN. Very sore . Any tips or advice greatly appreciated

Apologies , this is obviously not the correct forum to be posting in. No idea how I did that ! My tinnitus is still keeping me company by the way, but mostly I can blot it out .
