Pink palms can be normal for some people. I have read that Northern Europeans (Baltic Sea area, North Sea area) have slightly pink palms, in fact the Finns even have a childrens song about a small boy with "blonde hair, rosy cheeks and pink palms" and I doubt the song was about cirrhosis. Also people with arthritis can have pinkish/reddish palms or autoimmune conditions. Also eczema. Fatty Liver. COVID (yes, that too).
Many causes, but yes, it can definitely be a symptom of liver issues as well as other conditions (or no conditions).
Please note that I am not a doctor of any sort! Just a poster on the board.
