Good plan! I get that especially if I stand about too long without topping up with a few carbs and some fluids. I can get away with 2-3 hours if I am recently well hydrated, but NOT if I had a few days of not drinking enough water. Have you still lost the itch?

Hi filistines, I try to drink lots of water but doesn't help the dizzy spells. Good news is my itch has not returned since moving to Spain. Don't know if the urso kicked in after 4 months or if the Spanish climate helps. Just hope it doesn't return.
