Dear Jayk, we understand your situation. This PET report tells us that there is spread of Cancer to multiple places.

I suggest that you must meet you oncologist and let him / her assess your mother in detail and depending on her present general condition, his present assessment of her, seeing all her reports and understanding the Cancer which was in the past and the type which is in the present, take a decision for her. This type of spread of Cancer needs chemotherapy but that has to be decided on seeing the health of patient, her liver kidney and other tests, and judging the risk benefit ratio of chemotherapy in this.

We cannot guide you from treatment point of view, from one report. But we can surely guide you in your doubts and any other form of support you need, for which this forum is very much there.
