Can you give us a more clear picture, as to where is the cancer, has the treatment been completed, why was this PET done, etc. If we know a bit in detail, we will be able to help you better.

The first time cancer was in Left breast , after treatment & brest removal , within 4 months cancer was detected in supraclavicular LN (metastatis) , we have restarted chemo & after 3 cycles of Gemcitabine & Cisplatin along Herceptine the pet scan was done to see progress

I suggest, when you meet your Oncologist, ask him / her the following questions:

What is the response post 3 cycles of Gem Cis?

Where all has the disease come back?

I believe, she is HER2 3+, so you can also ask about Herceptin / Biosimilars. Ensure that a FISH is done, to confirm HER2 status
