Looking for a good doctor in Mumbai for treatment of Metastatic BC (lungs). Any recommendations?

Metastatic BC usually needs chemotherapy. You must get in touch with an Oncologist for a proper planning of the treatment.

There are many good oncologists, in practically each suburb of Mumbai.

You can even visit Tata Memorial Centre, or any of the corporate hospitals, depending on what your budget allows.

Recommending any doctor in private practice is against the rules of this forum and is not allowed; as there are many equally good and dedicated doctors and it is not fair to opine that any one particular person is the best .

However, if someone wants to tell you any particular doctor, they will message you.

I suggest, whoever you select, ensure that travel time to your doc and the centre is not much, as chemo will involve regular travel to the place.
