sorry to know about ur health. first of all do u feel that there is lump on the breast and if yes than go and see oncologist. If not then consult ur physician and he will surely help u

Get a medical opinion, shaam. Apart from pain in the breast, you also have pain in the neck and left arm. It would be worthwhile to even do an ECG. It might be nothing, but get an opinion.
