I have finally received my letter from the neurologist after 12 weeks with the review of my mra . in the letter it says there is a tiny swelling at the neck of one of the arteries and no further follow up imaging will be required. On the mra report which i have it states it is a 2mm aneurysm. I am aware it is very low risk but do i trust the consultant about no further follow up or query this?? i have not seen the neuro and its just been this letter. Any advice would be welcome??

2mm is very small but if you are worried about not being monitored how about asking your gp to be referred elsewhere for a second opinion? Just to put your mind at rest
Ropley123 I agree with Anders what they say go and talk to Your GP and get second opinion x keep us informed x
