Will I ever feel so called normal again?

It's been over a year since anurysum was diagnosed, 6 coils put in. I thought I was still making improvements getting back to normal, but over the last few weeks I have noticed that my head aches are getting more often and pain as increased. My left eye is also closing again and side of face feels numb when this happens, I have been told this is palsey. I have been signed off from hospital even though I was told I would be under them for 2years and when I went to my doctors the other week about how I was feeling he said there is nothing he can do. I felt as though he thinks I just want attention, when all want is to be the old me.
