Early last Sunday morning I woke up to fast beating heart,was diagnosed as a/b am seeing a cardio next week.

my blood pressure seems to be high every day which is worrying me.How can i lower it ,I eat healthily exercise take medication yet it is around 160/92 daily.

I closely monitor both my and my wife's pressures. We are both hypertensive. My pressure without meds is usually 240/180 my wife's pressure has been as high as 300/276.
