As a result of research into SLE, particularly after the last 50 years, the majority of those with SLE have a "normal" life span, many coming off all medication.

This should be discussed with the individual consultant rheumatologist, to get any meaningful information. Most, clinical studies are with patients who are very ill. You don't read about many people with SLE, who live "a normal" life.

Depends on the content! Is it a general blog or specifically about MPNs?

Agree that aging would be a good topic.

Could you please tell me how I access it and what it is for as a few people are in the same boat as me . Looking at the number of votes I feel there is enough interest but I am in the dark as to why this is different than asking other members on various forums here for their advice which I find excellent with lots of decent realistic tips .

As someone who was housebound before the Covid came, I have a lot of time and enjoy reading all sorts, so nice to add something new.

Think this is a wonderful idea, know HU has worked so hard on this site and 10000's of people use, like and come here with problems that others are willing to help you with as they are either going or have been exactly the same thing and have come out feeling so much better after it. Also know that you can make some good friends but most of all HU is somewhere to come where others understand what you are going through.

Looking forward to having this and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU. XXXXXXX

I think you need to make the link in the post "live" :D blog.healthunlocked.com/

Nathalie99 profile image
Nathalie99 in reply toHeronNS

It is in the title so it is different than in post or reply...

HeronNS profile image
HeronNS in reply toNathalie99

Then why are so many people asking how to find the blog? It certainly isn't live in the post title on my computer. I've posted the link several times as replies to people.

Nathalie99 profile image
Nathalie99 in reply toHeronNS

I can see that and posting the link in replies is the best.

I don't think it's possible to make the link "live" in the title of a poll but haven't tested it.

Saskia can try to edit but maybe it just isn't possible...

HeronNS profile image
HeronNS in reply toNathalie99

It can be put into the post. All I see is the survey. I just thought it would be helpful to other people reading the post and then asking how to find the blog. Shouldn't be left up to random people like me replying on a given day and then perhaps never looking at this post again.....

Hi HeronNS,

Just tested it and it actually worked in the title of a post so it looks like you are correct...

Thank you.

Didn't realise there was a blog
