HealthUnlocked Blog
Did you know HU it’s own blog: https://blog.healthunlocked.com/ !? If not already, would you be interested in reading it in the future?
i would love to find out what the life expectancy is for someone with crest syndrome/lupus
As a result of research into SLE, particularly after the last 50 years, the majority of those with SLE have a "normal" life span, many coming off all medication.
This should be discussed with the individual consultant rheumatologist, to get any meaningful information. Most, clinical studies are with patients who are very ill. You don't read about many people with SLE, who live "a normal" life.
I had a quick look and found two very interesting articles in "Sports and Outdoor Activities", so I will revisit to have a looksee from time to time. Thank you.
I didn't know about this.
Blog about what specifically ?
I said ‘yes’ to being interested in the blog but no, I did not know there was a blog.
I would love to see the blog as they are usually very informative.
First time I have heard about it.
Hi SaskiaHUSorry I am an oldy and have Ltd. digital knowledge.
Depends on the content! Is it a general blog or specifically about MPNs?
Did not know about it and maybe to the reading part.
Didn’t realize it was available...how would I access it? Sounds great.
Copy and paste the link in the post: blog.healthunlocked.com/
I didn't know that it had a biog
I'll give it a go...
I am interested in old age issues. Thank you for this initiative.
First time I heard about it. Sorry!
Just looked at it and much varied information on different conditions.
Could you please tell me how I access it and what it is for as a few people are in the same boat as me . Looking at the number of votes I feel there is enough interest but I am in the dark as to why this is different than asking other members on various forums here for their advice which I find excellent with lots of decent realistic tips .
I didn’t know anything about this but I’m intrigued to hear more
As someone who was housebound before the Covid came, I have a lot of time and enjoy reading all sorts, so nice to add something new.
Think this is a wonderful idea, know HU has worked so hard on this site and 10000's of people use, like and come here with problems that others are willing to help you with as they are either going or have been exactly the same thing and have come out feeling so much better after it. Also know that you can make some good friends but most of all HU is somewhere to come where others understand what you are going through.
Looking forward to having this and would like to say a BIG THANK YOU. XXXXXXX
Had no idea of the HU blog - how do I find it?
Copy and paste the link in the post! blog.healthunlocked.com/
I didn't know HU had this blog. What is it about please?
I think you need to make the link in the post "live" blog.healthunlocked.com/
It is in the title so it is different than in post or reply...
Then why are so many people asking how to find the blog? It certainly isn't live in the post title on my computer. I've posted the link several times as replies to people.
I can see that and posting the link in replies is the best.
I don't think it's possible to make the link "live" in the title of a poll but haven't tested it.
Saskia can try to edit but maybe it just isn't possible...
Didn't realise there was a blog
Might turn into a blog of time.
Interested in finding out more about temporal arteritis (GCA) and new drugs, treatment etc. How long on immune suppressants such as prednisone.

Hello everyone!
