Once again my mental health is not good. Feel so disappointed with myself. Try so hard. Going in to mental health unit yet again. Why cant I cope. xx

brooke please don't feel dissapointed in yourself - you are in no way to blame - you didn't ask for this and nor do you deserve it. I know you try hard and have done very well.

I hope you feel there is an improvement and you feel in a much better space when you are discharged from the unit.

We are all rooting for you hun.

Please do not blame yourself. You have self awareness which is very positive. There will be light at the end of that darkness. Take it an hour at a time. Do not look back, just try to live in the present which I know is not a good place now. I know you will have many people rooting for you. I hope things improve soon. Let us know how you get on. Dear Brooke Far from being disappointed in yourself you should be taking credit for recognising that you need help and getting it. Every good wish that the unit will be able to restore your balance.

Hi Brooke. I'm sorry you are down today. It must be so hard at times and I know you have felt down before, but you bounced back then and I am sure you will again. Stay as positive as you can, sweetheart, and don't ever blame yourself. xx
