go to your profile edit photo with arrows turn photo round then press save

The usual reason is the image is to large.
For avatars try thumbnail or 70X70
For portrait try 350X350
For landscape try 600x400
You are funny .......photos. Edit Turn round Save. Make it shorter. Post. . Ok.
