Have you been diagnosed with Asthma?

There wasn't a box I could use. I was diagnosed with Asthma but after a few years of being treated for it and several xrays and a CT they changed it to emphysema
No box applicable - I see cf/bronchiectasis consultant for bronchiectasis and he also takes care of asthma side of things whenever I attend clinic.

Couldn't tick box as answer is no not diagnosed but think I probably have got it have only been told emphysema anc copd
I ticked the boxes but also have been diagnosed with COPD and Emphysemia
I had to change my GP(hopitals and Consultants advised me to change GP) to get help with my Asthma. I had not realised how bad my GP had neglected me until I changed GP I now have Asthma/COPD and wonder if I had not been negleted by my last GP could the COPD been prevented?
My new GP and staff could not do more to help me they are all brilliant and fantastic. I also have the support and care from brilliant team work. Rapid Response, Matrons, Paramedics, Nurses. Hospital. Thank you to all of them!

Have been diagnosed alongside other conditions but not given an action plan despite numerous appointments
copd ...i have cronic emphysemya...unsure what to tick ...so ticked c.o.p.d.also cronic asthma. just started meds for that.
Diagnosed with Asthma 15 years ago, but made like an ostrich and buried my head in the sand, and ignored it.
Think I'm paying the price of that inaction now!
