Canogliflozin

Has anyone been prescribed this?If so can you please tell me your experiences good or bad!

I haven’t tried this one, but my cardiologist first prescribed Dapaglifozin, which I had to stop after 2weeks as I had the most appalling shoulder/bach ache. I’ve now been on Empagliflozin for nearly two years with no side effects.

Hi Alison. Thanks for your reply. I have tried both of the ones you have tried but unfortunately too many side effects for me! 😥 Just spoken to my GP and she said there have been some good results with Canogliflozin so I'm going to give it a try.

Ah, ok. In that case, I hope the Canog works for you. Frustrating, isn't it, how all these drugs that are supposed to help us, have so many side effects that affect us all differently!

Yes it's very frustrating! I dont seem able to tolerate any of them!! 😄 Hopefully this will be a 'Flozin' 3rd time lucky! 🤞
