I am looking for a smartwatch (two year history of atrial fibrillation) which combines health and fitness data collection particularly heart rate and rhythm changes and step counting - the QNIX smartwatch appears to be very good but is only sold online so I cannot go and look at it. Can anyone in this community confirm it’s value or give me a ‘best value for money smartwatch’ recommendation please?
