AFib 2nd time

Hi..Diagnosed initially with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy back in 2020...then had episode of Afib in July 22, then another episode on 4/11/23, resulting in another Cardioverse...Already on Bisoprolol 2 x 2.5mg day...Not sure how it happened again? any ideas what common reasons.

Hi as Tos said you should join the Afib community. I have persistent Afib and I don’t even know I’m in Afib, so I can’t help anyone who has Afib issues.
