The best thing to do is contact the shop directly , I 'm unsure if they sell used/new electrical goods or not.

If its for study or needed as a charity gift then your local government dept should be able to put you in touch with an organisation that can help you.

A question. What do you want a laptop for? I ask as my sister's £200 (new price) does all she wants - email, web browsing, Amazon, games such as Wordle and Solitaire, etc. You would also get a proper guarantee rather than three months or less. Have a think and come back and I will try and advise! 😎
