I've been on trulicity, I haven't had any problems with it. It is one of many, preferable to insulin, which is what I was on before. Once a week is so much easier. Diabetes is one of the causes of heart disease. So keeping diabetes under control is preferable. Hope you respond well. Everyone is different and it depends what else you are on. I'm pretty much on all heart meds. Take care. Moni

Google usually lists every known side effect, my pharmacist said, only top 2 or 3 happen for awhile then body gets used to it. Just know, if it doesn't suit you, there are others. All the best!! Moni

I have been on it for about three years, before I went on it I was on 75 units of insulin twice a day with three 500 metformin and my sugars were still 13-15 in the morning 15+ in the evening, within week of being on trulicity my insulin usage went down to 20 twice a day and morning sugars of 6-10 evening sugars about 8 most days it helped me a lot.
