Good morning I just wondered if anyone has been taking Co Enzyme Q10 for muscle cramps and if so what results?

I've heard about it, one pharmacist said it was natural, I said I don't take anything without gp approval. Natural doesn't always mean safe when taken with heart meds. I do take turmeric with cardiologist approval for my arthritis. Take care.
