My cholestral was 4.7 before having 2 stent now 2.7

Is that good

Thanks I think they want it lower

Iirc with a heart condition they like Total to be below 4, so yes I would say it’s very good.

Hi depends wether you have any genetic cholesterol problems as I have and my consultant wants it at around 1.3 ( which it is now ) as it was genetic high cholesterol that blocked my artery and caused me to have a heart attack at 47

Is it your Total Cholesterol they want to be ~1.3?

Hi gaz u are wrong lol it is actually 1.28 I’m on a Atorvastatin and Ezetimibe and under a lipid consultant I’ve got polytechnic hypercholesterolaemia ( lots of faulty genes from both parents ) but tablets and diet should keep it around that number which is what the consultant wants :)

Hi I changed my diet to the med diet and on tablets Ezetimibe and Atorvastatin
