My diagnosis is under progress, and my cardiologist suggested that I avoid intense exercise and to prefer walking while we are investigating.
Even though I was never into fitness, some months ago I could hike uphill and do gentle body strengthening exercises easily. While my heart rate did go up and I went slightly out of breath it felt quite normal.
These days, however, even gentle yoga can leave me out of breath and with a high heart rate. I also get pains on the center of my chest which makes me stop whatever I try.
So I don't know what kinds of exercise I can do at home, especially now with the lockdown. Do you have any favourite workout videos that are refreshing and very gentle? If yes, please do share!

How about Chair Yoga? Yoga is usually great for mobility, strength and de-stressing / peace of mind. And doing it on / with a chair would, I imagine, reduce the strain of taking one’s weight on legs etc.
I’ve never tried it, but I’ve found all yoga types really help my heart rate & stress, and I’d imagine chair versions are similar. Yoga was an exercise type I could do pre heart surgery, and after walking, the second type I returned to post surgery. You can go as strong or gentle as you like.
If you can’t get out to buy a video, then many yoga and fitness teachers are currently doing online classes... I know a great yoga teacher that does this, message me if you’d like her website details.
You Tube is the answer. You can find anything you want on You Tube you don't need to purchase Videos etc.

Good idea about You Tube.
Maybe search “cardiac rehab” or rehabilitation, as even though designed for after surgery, I’m sure early modules would be gentle enough for heart patients in general.
