Hi, I'm new to this site, am I in the most vulnerable list, as I have 2 autoimmune diseases, and just 5 months ago had a Triple heart bypass

Hello and welcome to the forum! Yes, you are. Obviously I do not know which autoimmune diseases but the fact you needed a bypass shows you have cardiovascular disease. This is never cured and the aim of treatment is to halt/slow its progress.

Welcome! I would take social distancing precautions if I'm honest, even if it was immune conditions only. I was reading that it is quite rare, but some people's immune systems may overreact to the virus and that could bring complications. No need to panic or worry too much, just do what you can to stay safe.
