Hi Sunday20

Welcome to the forum.

Have you been given a diagnosis of Vasospastic angina causing coronary artery spasms?

I have lived with coronary vasospastic angina for over 7 years.

I have vasospasms in my small vessels and coronary arteries.

It can take time to find the best combination of medication that works best for you.

I suggest you get in contact with your Cardiologist to say you are still having chest pain at rest in the night.

Also please go to A&E to be assessed by having your bloods checked and an ECG if you do have pain at rest that feels different or increases in strength and length.

The Cardiac nurses on the BHF helpline are also a good source of help 0300 330 3311

I know it is scary.

None of us are medically trained here and if you feel scared and have chest pain

Call 111 or 999 and talk to the staff there to help you.

You will not be wasting anybody's time.
