Hello and welcome to the forum! Do you have a heart condition and what medication are you on? My first thought is what are you doing on your iPad; checking emails, online shopping, gaming, watching films, etc.

I remember once when I was watching peaky blinders as I was catching up on box set during my recovery that I didn't feel right checked my pulse and it was racing, turned out soon as I looked away from the violent bits I was OK. Basically you are concentrating more and adrenalin is kicking in or you are watching peaky blinders on I player 😂. Debs

Hi , this was mentioned by a friend as I also have tightness in my head if I use my mobile for too long ,,, now text when I can and have ear buds . Much improved .thank you for idea . I will peruse further .
