I only ever wear sunscreen when the sun's very strong and there's no shade available. I'm on Methotrexate but I'm lucky in that it doesn't make me extra-sensitive to the sun and I don't burn easily. So I soak up all the rays I possibly can because it feels good and also I'm really, really keen to get vital vitamin D in the most natural & efficient way possible.

I live in Scotland so we don't get much sun. But I would ware it factor 50 on the days we do get the sun xx

I wear sunscreen on my face daily and then only in reasonably warm sunshine anywhere else as I have a UV allergy

I voted only on sunny holiday, but as I'm retired every days a holiday. I wear sun screen if there's no shade as I can no longer stand the sun.

I already have actinic keratoses ( Sun damage ) think that's spelt right - due to too much sun on my face so have to be very careful with my face and wear high factor all the time. I also have been told by a dermatologist to use a mild steroid cream to control the psoriasis which has attacked the damaged area.

I think the damage was done when I was in Austria and at a high altitude and also when in the Caribbean. Beware the tropical sun!
