I’ve had a few Ayurvedic full body massages which have helped me deal with my arthritis and the stress of being a carer for my husband who has Emphysema but have never used any actual medicines . The massages are wonderful and relaxing as they use hot oils followed by steam.
Like any complementary therapy you need to check that it’s authentic as there are a lot of quacks around.
If you do decide to use any medicines please let us know how you get on.
Take care

Hi ManishaPM I havent used these medicines but am I curious to know if they work, please let us know if you try them out x
Not at all in the same league but I drink Yogi Teas daily which are supposedly Ayurvedic blends of herbs and spices. There’s a huge range of these teas including Stomach Ease (which I drink daily) Breathe Deep which really does help, and Throat Comfort. Also blends like Sweet Chilli, Choco Chilli, Choco which are all Ayurvedic blends of herbs and spice.
Haven't tried Ayurvedic medicine as a proper discipline, but have been taking turmeric capsules on suggestion of friend, a retired doctor who has become increasingly interested in Ayurvedic, and who though this might help to reduce chest infections and help with joint pains. Haven't taken it for very long yet, but have certainly had some improvement in the frequency of chest infections (still have to see how I get through a winter, of course!)
I'd be really interested to hear how this works for others?
Hungry Hufflepuff, can I ask which flavour of Yogi Breathe Deep tea you use? There seem to be several on offer online, and I'd like to try it.
