Though it can be good for a heavy cold the consensus seems to be that if you have COPD you should be careful about what you inhale. I can't tolerate it, or Olbas Oil. Makes me very sore. I am not very good at ordinary steam either, eg in shower. Ask your Dr. If you have trouble shifting mucous they may be able to prescribe something. Stay well!

Isn’t that something you would use if you have a cold. No 2 people with COPD are the same.
