If your oxygen levels drop to 77 then that can be a cause for concern. The only person who can tell you whether or not you need oxygen is your doctor/consultant. Are they aware of this? If not then you need to make an appointment to see them to discuss it. We can't tell you on here whether you need oxygen or not I'm afraid.

No, we are not Drs. but if you are saying your oxygen level has dropped to 77, then I'd say you need to see your Dr. asap. That reading is not normal at all. Good luck, and let us know what your doc says.

Yes!!! I would say you could use an oxygen assessment! So ask your health care provider to assess you.

In the UK if you you need it you will be provided with the appropriate equipment.

Let us know how you get on 😂

Hello Keith81 .

Oxygen levels at 77 are dangerously low. There could be a risk to your organs if they don't get enough oxygen. Please do see your doctor about this. Kindly let us know how it goes. Wishing you the best.
