The best place is a pulmonary rehablitation referral from your GP or respitory team. They can offer a follow up or cheap rates at local gym.

If not possible or suitable ask you local gym do they cater for members with health problems,

Or see if there is any Breatheasy Groups in your area.

Hi Pam! While I was waiting to go to PR I followed exercises by using Youtube. Found several series on there.
