Just diagnosed with COPD and not requiring medication at this stage but through reading your posts now know the importance of exercise, plenty of water and going to the doctor as soon as an exacerbation occurs - but what I really wanted to pass on is that despite having read every bit of available information and looked at other internet resources this site and the wonderfully supportive people on it are just amazing- I think you are all beautiful people
