I am sure it will help them to improve their breathing,,, but I cannot sing, I sound AWFUL, mind you that doesn't stop me when I am on my own

I have heard before that singing is very good exercise for people with lung complaints. I do not think it matters what you sing or what you sound like because you will still get the benefits.

I used to have a good voice when I was younger and I annoyed people because I was always singing along to records. Now my voice is not so good and the only singing I do is when Im in the car on my own, it does make you draw in a deep breathe tho when you belt em out!

Improved lung function dramatically?! Well I will be warbling? away soon,ha ha xxx
