Could anyone advise please as to the best type of scarf / snood in relation to fibres affecting our precious lungs and keeping warm.

I use a buff, the original or UV weight makes no difference, breathe easily through it and it wicks away moisture, no fibres to inhale, it is the best thing I have come across.

I posted once before about these, (concerning hot summer weather, but really it works just as well in cold winter weather)

Many thanks Blakey. I had passed these in Go-Outdoors and in Aldi and wondered. I purchased one that is a really great for keeping warm but gets wet, so this is very timely.

I think its only the Buff that wicks away moisture so well and it really is easy to breathe through.
