Question 1 requires a yes/ no answer but this is not an option?

Question 2 assumes the answer to be yes and asks for further clarification.

I chose 'other' because I did not download a pdf therefore, the multiple choice questions do not apply.

I use the PC so the print is bigger and I can read it. Only print out IF it is especially relevant. I do sometimes save to file.
