Definitely not!Most definitely!Can't comment as I don't know much about it....The NHI can't possibly work without major changes to the public health care system.Funding model for the NHI is well thought out.Funding model is not very well thought out.Maybe.....not sure.The public are being "railroaded" into accepting something they don't want.
